Klaus Taafel
Klaus Taafel has been the Managing Director of Paradigma since its establishment in 1988. He has brought the technical know-how and creative power to the company, as well as being responsible for its name “Paradigma”. Currently, he is chairman of the management board and Managing Director of Engineering at Paradigma and at the Ritter Energie – und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG.
Jürgen Korff
Jürgen Korff has represented the brand Paradigma in Italy for more than 15 years, and is primarily responsible for management of foreign market activities. He became Managing Director of Paradigma Italia S.r.l at its establishment in 1998. Also within Paradigma Germany GmbH and the Ritter Energie –und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG he has a principle role as Managing Director of Marketing & Sales. He is also in charge of overseeing international strategy and implementing a stronger market orientation for the company.
René Reinhold
Since 2002 René Reinhold was the Commercial Managing Director by Paradigma, the man with the facts and figures. However, with establishment of the Ritter Energie –und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG in 2009, he left Paradigma and moved to the management board of the Holding as Finance and Controlling Managing Director. He is responsible for the group finances, controlling and contracting. In this regard, he is also the main contact person for all related issues for the establishment of new subsidiaries.
